This program aims to give the student the skills and scientific expertise in the field of computer networks in order to contribute to the growth and development of the Palestinian economy,  cover the need of the industrial sector and service,  carrying out the construction and maintenance of computer networks and keep up with the tremendous development in the field of computer networks such as wired networks and wireless as well as to the field of communications using the internet VOIP, and give students the practical skills needed to build a local network and comprehensive development of security policies related to them, as well as how to manage them and their connection with the World Wide Web, Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU)  occupied a leading position in the field of technology of computer networks and information, the PPU  had been chosen as a center for the teaching programs of CISCO, MCITP in an area south of Palestine duration of the study in this program two years by [73] credit hours
